We were honoured to celebrate the official opening of our new Annexe and the Rededication of our space on Sunday 1st June 2025—a truly beautiful day filled with joy, reflection, and community.
Surrounded by many wonderful guests, we welcomed the Revd. David King, who led us in a moving prayer, a welcome speech delivered by the chair of trustee, Mrs Beverley Stephens, Statement of Purpose read by trustee, Mrs Luretha Williams and a Scripture Reading from Service Coordinator, Ms Lorraine Edwards.
The event included hymns, a heartfelt ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments, and a guided tour of our newly refurbished rooms.
The unused Garage and derelict outhouse were carefully renovated and transformed into a dedicated Mother and Baby Unit—a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for the young vulnerable women in our care. Each room now features a private en-suite, ensuring both comfort and dignity.
